Please fill out this form below to refer a child or young person for tutoring. Ensure to answer the questions outlined as thoroughly as you can so we can match the child with a volunteer who will support them best.
After filling in this form we will contact the child's parent/carer, to check in with how to best support the child. You MUST obtain consent from the child's parent/carer for us to contact them before you fill in this form.
We will be in touch with you to confirm whether a tutor can be provided after we have reviewed the referral and spoken to the parent/carer. We hope to match the child one-to-one with a volunteer tutor. Please note: we may not be able to match the child straight away as we are dependent on the number of volunteers available.
